How I Handle Your Information. In Plain Language.

Bravo Automation Labs LLC (“Bravo Automation Labs,” “we,” “us”) is a Kentucky limited liability company based in Burlington, Kentucky. We provide AI implementation consulting and build and operate governed AI agents for home service businesses.

We play two roles, and this policy treats them separately:

• For our own business (this website, our phone and text line, our client relationships), we decide how information is used. Sections 2 through 6 apply.
• For our clients’ systems (for example, a contractor’s missed-call text-back or review requests), we process information on that business’s behalf and under its instructions. Section 7 applies.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, book a call, email us, or work with us, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your business.

Calls and texts to our business line. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number, the time of the call or message, call status (for example, answered or missed), and the content of text messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. If we use website analytics, it is used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website.

• To respond to your inquiry, return missed calls, and schedule assessments and meetings.
• To deliver the services you engage us for, including onboarding, support, and monitoring.
• To send service and account notices, such as appointment confirmations and operational alerts.
• To keep our systems secure, prevent abuse, and keep audit records.
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information to train AI models.

If you call or text our business line, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, scheduling, and the services you use with us. Our text messaging program is described in full in the SMS Terms.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging carrier platform) solely to provide the service.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

When you opt out, we keep a record of your number and the date so that we, and every system we operate, continue to honor that choice.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:

• Service providers who process information for us under contract, including website and application hosting, email delivery, text messaging and voice, scheduling, and productivity tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or us.
• A successor business, if Bravo Automation Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for our legitimate business records, or as the law requires. Inquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted when no longer needed. Text-message opt-out records are kept indefinitely so your choice is always honored.

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging of system actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we design every system on the assumption that it must be.

When we build and operate AI agents for a home service business, that business is responsible for the information about its own customers, and its privacy policy governs how that information is used. We act as its service provider: we process customer information only to provide the services that business has engaged us for, under a written agreement, and not for our own purposes.

In those systems, customer information is encrypted at rest where sensitive, access is limited to what each agent needs, every automated action is logged, and opt-out requests are honored across every agent we operate for that business. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will forward your request to them.

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion: email hello@bravoautomationlabs.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. Some information may be retained where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We honor the requests above regardless of your state.

This website and our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already provided, we will tell you before it takes effect.
